In 2015 I joined a Public Speaking Club and at first wasn't really sure why I was there. 

I'm still not sure...

Somewhere along the way I learnt not only how to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, clients and everyone else in my world, I also found the confidence to be myself.

The confidence to push myself to try new things;

To fail;

To get up;

To try again;

To keep going until I either succeeded or found a new, more worthwhile goal.

Being part of a Club that had like minded individuals, helped drive me, helped me to say "Yes" rather than "No" to scary, often nerve wracking experiences.

​

I feel I owe it to the people that have helped me to pay it forward and share and help others achieve their dreams...

My Mission

I have a vision. A vision whereby access to / progression within the corporate work environment is not limited by who you know and what your background is. A vision where people, regardless of their gender, their ethnicity and where they come from can gain the confidence and skills needed to compete with their peers on an equal footing.

Over the last 20 years I have coached many professionals and executives on how to accelerate their career growth / build successful high performing teams and deliver results from apprentices, interns, graduates, analysts, associates, Vice Presidents to Executive Directors

I hope to be able to take others on their journeys of self discovery and see them come out the other side with achievement and confidence to do and become what they always dreamed of...themselves...
